Balboa BP Series power packs and bundles come with a twelve (12) month limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, which only covers defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is void if any of the parts are altered or improperly installed, exposed to water, or subjected to electrical power surges. Warranty does not cover any labour costs incurred. Balboa Water Systems has the final determination of whether a warranty is applicable.
The system works really good. I had an issue with my last motherboard. Got this one installed my self, got it programmed for my set up (which I had download the controller manual to do) and it now works really good. Hopefully I don't need to replace anything for awhile.
Worked well to replace my old broken spa pack, easy enough to install, showed up quickly.
