This Praher multi-piece knife valve comes 1-1/2" slip x 1-1/2" slip. The valve can be serviced by removing the four bolts and changing the gaskets Part # 150-G3 if the valve is leaking in the middle. Unlike a uni-body valve where you can not change any of the pieces, the valve stem and gaskets can be changed on this valve. Can be used with PVC Pipe or Flexpipe. When installing pipe please check that you are using the proper glue, recommended 747 PVC Cement Blue which is good for rigid and flex pipe.
