Balboa are replacements for the older discontinued Ultra Jet pumps. These pumps have the same footprint as the Ultra Jet pumps as Balboa is the supplier.
Important Information:
Please also be aware that the picture is a representation of the pump and the motor mounts and capacitor may come in a different location as suppliers are always changing motor suppliers. Balboa ships these pumps with either a U.S Motors or Century brand electric motor. The U.S Motors normally come with a 4" wide base with the mounting holes normally at 3" centers while the Century brand motors are usually 6" wide with the mounting holes are 3" and 5". If you require exact measurements or motor type please email us and we will determine what style motor that you are receiving.
The pump came in 24 hrs which is amazing and was the exactly as described except for the base . In the description it was a 56F base and the one that was shipped was a 48 base . A die grinder quickly fixed that problem. That is the only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating. Working great .
