The Ultralift Undermount is the same easy-to-use cover lifter, but with an Under Mount bracket that slides under your hot tub prior to filling. No need to drill holes in the deck, patio or spa skirt. One person can easily lift the hot tub cover off and position it behind your spa from outside or inside the tub.
It's exactly what we were looking for, a good quality and solid cover lifter, that one single person can operate, open, and close the tub without much effort. Protecting the cover and without making any holes on the side panels of the tub. You will need a solid floor underneath though, ideally concrete.
I was impressed with steel used, everything seems overbuilt. The coating used on the parts was also impressive and I'm expecting years of service. The whole unit is well designed, with a lot of adjustment for perfect operation. Shipping was fast and trouble free.
